Rebecca & Ben | Redwood City Engagement

For eighteen years he held on to it – a single red rose that would hold a promise for someone special. Someone to whom he could say three little, yet life changing words, “I love you.”  And finally, on November 18, 2011, his dream came true.

From the moment they first met she was on his mind, but it would take seven years apart before they would get to be together.  Their paths were supernaturally orchestrated to cross – and in 2010 it would be for a lifetime.  When he asked her out on that first date, he knew they were destined to be married.

Their engagement session began at the San Mateo County History Museum – very close to where Ben asked Rebecca out on their first date.

As the sun began to set, we hiked a hill to Rebecca’s favorite spot in Edgewood Park…also the location of Ben’s proposal.

The red rose ring box that Ben saved for eighteen years…How sweet is that?!?

As they danced, Ben sang the words to Unchained Melody – the song that played just moments before He said “I love you” for the very first time.

Rebecca and Ben, we have loved every moment spent getting to know you and are blessed by your testimony of love for each other and your Savior.  We truly cannot wait for your wedding in May!
