or girl?!
we have no idea and my hubby and i both go back and forth on our guesses. i think deep down inside we’d both love to have a boy, but are pretty sure it’s a girl – it’s hard to imagine yourself with something different than you already have perhaps? of course, no matter what gender is developing inside me we are absolutely delighted and thrilled to be expecting it.
so, please, little munchkin, cooperate for the ultrasound man today…please. i’m much too impatient to wait. ;)
here are some clues as to my “symptoms”…
………………………………………………..reaghan (baby #1) ………………………………………………………..unknown (baby #2)
“morning” sickness: began at 6.5 weeks / ended at 16 weeks began at 4.5 weeks / ended around 12.5 weeks
early cravings: mashed potatoes, re fried beans, plain noodles, rice pickles, pickled beets, lemonade, sour candies, gum, mints
things that made/make me ill: cooking ground beef onions, scrambled eggs, dairy products
baby’s heartbeat 132 160
weight gain at 18 weeks: 18 lbs. 16 lbs.
it’s your turn to guess!! what do you think baby #2 will be?!?!?

Aunt Sue - Anxious to hear!
Kay - that’s funny—I can’t help but comment on Sue’s comment: When I was pregnant with a boy, the hunger was indeed more voracious but the “morning sickness” was too!
Jihan - Both my babies were totally different pregnancies, but I had two boys! I’m so excited for you. xo
Sue - After four pregnancies and every one being different, there is no sure sign of anything. Tricia Mincy’s baby’s heart rate was 160 and she is expecting a girl. But I heard the higher heart rates are boys. The only difference I ever noticed with me and other pregnant women is that the hunger seems MORE voracious with boys and the “morning sickness” tends to be less. We shall see…can’t wait to hear the news :)
sarah bardo - eek! can’t wait to find out!
