i heart faces | best face of january

it’s time again for the weekly photo challenge over at i heart faces!  i know many photographers participating in a 52 week challenge this year, and thought i’d do my best to keep up with this one in efforts to keep things fresh as well as keeping me challenged! :)

this week’s challenge is for the best face of january.  this image is from my first senior of 2011 – and the shoot was timed just perfectly to reflect a typical january here in the mountains.
